Terms & Conditions

Highlighted.

All courses offered by the Medical Aesthetics Board of Canada (MABC), including virtual and in-person training, are final sale, and all payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Deposits are required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the start of training; failure to complete payment may result in loss of access and forfeiture of all amounts paid. Once access is granted to any virtual course, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. Students may be eligible to reschedule once with sufficient notice; however, late rescheduling or failure to attend may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the training without refund. All course materials and content are the intellectual property of MABC and are for individual use only; sharing login information, reproducing, recording, or distributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a working device and reliable internet connection for virtual training, and MABC is not responsible for user-side technical issues. Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements, and MABC reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met. By enrolling, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes and to contact MABC directly to resolve any concerns; unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension and further action. MABC reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants for inappropriate conduct, and make final decisions at its sole discretion, and by completing your purchase or enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
